Why we started KA Client Concierge
Most professionals don't lose clients because of poor work. They lose them quietly — a milestone that passed unnoticed, a thank-you that never went out, a good client who simply stopped hearing from them.
The intention is almost always there. What's missing is the time, and someone to own the details. KA Client Concierge was built to be that someone: a single point of contact who keeps track of the relationships, prepares the appreciation, and makes sure the follow-through actually happens.
