Return and Refund Policy

At KA Essence, we want you to love your items. If something isn’t right, here’s how we can help:


1. Returns

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 Days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the packaging they arrived in.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Customized, personalized, or final sale items cannot be returned.
  • How to Return: Contact us at info@kaessence.com with your order details to start the return process.

2. Refunds

  • Inspection: Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and notify you of the status.
  • Refund Process: Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 Days.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 Days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.


4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. You can return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
